Tony was awesome to work with and very easy to talk to. We had a general idea and a vehicle we wanted to look at, and he made sure everything was explained thoroughly and answered all questions we had. We've dealt with several dealerships over the past couple weeks trying to find a new vehicle, and this was the lowest intensity/ least pushy experience we had, and honestly that made us WANT to try to find our match at Jack CDJR. The only down side I can think of is the dealership not working with us regarding price, but to be honest it sounded more like a dealership policy over a personal choice on Tony's part, and reading other reviews it sounds like a few other people have had this same experience regarding haggling. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and just be advised to expect to pay the sticker price if you buy here.

We went in to look at used trucks after my husbands got totaled , when we walked in , we were greeted by Anthony Fuller, who ended up becoming our salesman. He bent over backwards to get us exactly what we were hoping for went through all of the options and we are super super happy with his service and his attitude and all of the other salesman that we met, there were also very welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely be coming back there for other vehicles in the future.

I have a 24 Ram under warranty and a seat belt issue. I call the place I bought if from to let them know. Being 700 miles from warranty expiration I figured I would get it done. I was told that they couldn't take me for a month. I let them know I would exceed the 36,000 by then. I was told it would then be my problem. I then figured I would stop in at Jack's. Not only did they schedule it immediately, within 24 hours the belt was in!! The next Dodge pickup I buy will be from Jack Chrysler!! With service like that from a truck not bought from them, tells me how they are. Outstanding is all I can say, I appreciate everyone involved.

I reecently purchased a Jeep Rubicon from Jack's. Rebecca was very helpful and personable from the moment I stepped onto the lot until I drove off in my new Jeep a few days later.
