The Price Match Guarantee must be presented and verified prior to your purchase or lease agreement.

Eligible Vehicles

The Price Match Guarantee applies exclusively to the purchase or lease of new, untitled, in-stock vehicles at Jack CDJR. This offer excludes service loaners, demonstrators, previously titled vehicles, damaged units, and all pre-owned inventory. The competitor's vehicle must be currently available for immediate sale at the time of verification.

The "One-to-One" Requirement (MSRP)

The guarantee applies to vehicles of the identical year, make, model, and trim level with an identical MSRP. While we strive for an exact match, Jack CDJR reserves the right to make reasonable price adjustments for minor equipment variances or accessory differences. Select Inventory rebates do not qualify for “one-to-one” match.

Verifiable Written Offers

A qualifying "Written Offer" is defined as a formal, personalized quote or lease worksheet addressed to the customer from a licensed Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership within 30 miles.

Validity

The offer must be dated within the last 30 days.

Exclusions

Public advertisements, mass emails, automated website "e-prices," text blasts, and verbal quotes are not eligible.

Transparency

The offer must include a full breakdown of all material terms, including MSRP, dealer discounts, and any added fees.

Exclusion of Bundled & Financing Offers

We do not match "bundled" offers or those contingent on specific financing terms. To ensure a fair comparison, the competitor’s price must not be tied to:

  • Requirement of in-house financing with undisclosed interest rates.
  • Forced "add-on" packages (e.g., paint protection or theft recovery systems).
  • Trade-in over-allowances: any competing offer will need to be adjusted for any instance where, in our reasonable judgement based on industry standard pricing, the competing dealer has artificially lowered the price of the new vehicle by paying above market value for the trade.
  • Specific rebates for which the customer may not qualify (e.g., Recent College Grad, Military, or Loyalty).

Final Provisions

The Price Match Guarantee is valid only at the time of purchase or lease and does not apply to prior purchases. Jack CDJR may, without notice, at any time and in its sole discretion, modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee. Eligibility is determined by the terms in effect on the date of the vehicle contract.
