I have been looking for a used RAM 1500 that was in perfect shape and prices right. I found one on the website of the JACK Dodge dealer in Saco. First off their website is easy to use, and it has every piece of information you could ask for. I sent a message to the dealer through their webpage asking about a truck. A salesman - David Clifford - sent me an email with all the information about the truck...and I mean everything from Carfax to every Spec for the truck. I went to the Saco dealership and met David. He was great and made the shopping experience super easy and smooth. Everything went at my pace ...he took care of every question and request with ease. I never felt any " push " to make the sale...just support for my requests and respect for my time. I ended up buying a beautiful RAM 1500 SPORT. I told David I may have an issue getting the Truck home and he personally drove the Truck to my home. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful but not at this dealership. Thanks.

I am so impressed of the service department at Jack Jeep. I brought my Cherokee in for a diagnostic test to see what the issue was with my vehicle. I was told by Jerrod who was helping me that there was a charge to have the diagnostic done. That was fine, work had to be done. When the problem was confirmed Jerrod then took the time to research my factory warranty and extended warranty in order to see what would be covered. He went the parts and labor that would be covered and said that they could order take care of the work the following week. Fast forward bring my Jeep in as I was told it would be and I got a loaner. Not a junker A NICE JEEP big rig that scared me! They talked off the edge and got me on my way. Go back that afternoon to up my rig and was was only charged for the deductible and the inspection sticker they put on it savings me about $200.00. Thank you Jerrod!! So heading out then dealership my dash lit up and I lost all power was dead in the middle Route 1. I call back and now I am talking to a very calm man. This would John the service manager. He felt bad about what was going on and I explained to them I could leave again early the following to get my vehicle. John said that he would deliver my car to me and fill the gas tank due to the inconvenience of my vehicle had to be worked on again. Way above anything I have ever had when having work done at a dealership. I live a distance to Saco but I will drive the extra miles To go back to Jack Jeep! There is a dealership about 20 minutes from my house…….I'm good with them. Jack Jeep THANK YOU SO MUCH for how you treated me and the service work that was done! When I’m ready for a new jeep you know where I will going! Your guys are AWESOME!
